Scent Stack is made by one person in the United Kingdom. Every message comes straight to me.
Stand the bottles up with their labels facing the camera, in even light, and fill the frame with the shelf. Ten to fifteen bottles in one photograph works well. Glare on glass is the usual culprit when a bottle is missed — turn the bottle slightly or move away from a direct light source.
Tap the bottle and remove it, then add it by name using search. Email me the brand and the name and it will be corrected.
Yes. Choose add by hand on the scan screen and search for your bottles by name. Nothing in the app requires a photograph.
Yes. Scent Stack builds a profile from the bottle itself, so a house nobody has heard of is treated the same as a famous one. Clones and dupes are read as themselves rather than being matched to the fragrance they imitate.
£29.99 per year, or £4.99 per week. Prices are set per country by the App Store, so yours may differ. The exact amount and billing period are always shown on the purchase screen before you pay.
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Scent Stack and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchase. This re-checks the Apple ID you bought with. If you paid on a different Apple ID, sign in to that one first. If it still doesn't unlock, email me the date of purchase and I will sort it out.
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
On your phone. There is no account and no sign-up, and your collection is never uploaded. That also means it does not follow you to a new device, and deleting the app deletes it permanently.
Delete the app and everything on the device goes with it. To remove the anonymous usage events as well, email me and I will delete those records. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Email me with your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than anything else. Bugs that stop you using the app get looked at the same day.
