Common questions
- My dream is taking a while. Films take a few minutes to
paint. You can close the app — we'll keep working, and the dream appears in
your archive when it's ready.
- A dream didn't finish. A failed dream never uses up your
day — open it and try again, or record a fresh take.
- Managing or cancelling your subscription. Subscriptions
are handled by Apple: in the app go to Account → Manage subscription, or open
Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Keeping your archive safe. Add an email under
Account → Your archive so your dreams can be recovered on a new phone.
- Deleting your account. Account → Delete account removes
your account, every dream, and all generated media, permanently.
- Privacy. How your dreams are handled, in plain words:
